How-to · The voucher route

How to book Macau hotel spas as a non-guest.

The same 60-minute treatment, often at half the published price. Three steps, five minutes of work.

Key facts

The method
Buy a pre-paid voucher on Klook or Trip.com → reserve with the spa → show voucher on arrival.
Typical saving
30–60% below published hotel rates (e.g. ~MOP 400–900 vs MOP 1,150–1,500).
Non-guests
Accepted at nearly all hotel spas listed here.
Not vouchered
Banyan Tree, Tria, Wynn Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Sofitel — direct only.

The three steps

1. Buy the voucher. Find the spa's listing on Klook or Trip.com and purchase the e-voucher for the treatment you want. Vouchers are typically valid for months — check the validity dates on the listing before paying.

2. Reserve with the spa. Contact the spa directly — phone or the hotel's booking line — and book a time slot, mentioning you hold a Klook/Trip.com voucher. Do this as early as you can; same-day slots are not guaranteed.

3. Show the voucher on arrival. Present the e-voucher (usually a QR code) at reception. The 10% service charge and 5% tax treatment varies by voucher — read the listing terms so the final price holds no surprises.

Which spas sell vouchers

On Klook: V Spa at The Venetian, Le SPA'tique at The Parisian, the Ritz-Carlton Spa, Sands Spa, Bodhi Spa at Conrad, the Spa at Londoner Grand, Zensa Spa at Studio City, Altira Spa. On Trip.com: Sands Spa, Le SPA'tique, V Spa, Ming Hui Spa at The Londoner, Bodhi Spa at Conrad. No independent massage shops are on either platform.

What vouchers don't cover

The ultra-luxury tier — Banyan Tree, Tria, Wynn Palace, Mandarin Oriental, Sofitel — sells direct only, at full published rates. Independent shops (Foot Recreation, Thai Xi Spa — formerly Thailand Palace, Sy Spa, Nirvana Day Spa) take direct bookings or walk-ins.

The catches

Vouchers require an advance reservation, may exclude peak dates and holidays, and are harder to change or cancel at short notice than a direct booking. Read the voucher terms before buying — particularly the validity window and the cancellation policy.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do Klook spa vouchers work in Macau?

Buy the pre-paid e-voucher on Klook or Trip.com, then reserve a slot directly with the spa and show the voucher on arrival. Vouchers are usually valid for months but always need an advance reservation.

Do I need to be a hotel guest to use the spa?

No. Most Macau hotel spas accept non-guests, and voucher listings are generally sold on that basis.

What is the catch with discounted vouchers?

Advance reservation required, possible peak-date exclusions, and stricter change/cancellation terms. Read the listing before buying.

Which Macau spas are not on Klook or Trip.com?

Banyan Tree, Tria, Wynn Palace, Mandarin Oriental and Sofitel sell direct only. Independent shops (Foot Recreation, Thai Xi Spa — formerly Thailand Palace, Sy Spa, Nirvana Day Spa) take direct bookings or walk-ins.
